J: The process of Pyrolysis has duration of 4 to *2 hours, depending on the quantity and size of tyre (car tyre, truck tyre, etc.). During the process different vacuum values are applied in pre-determined temperatures and in different phases. Different gases are obtained and the condensed gas is stored as a fuel-oil in tanks.
 

Waste pyrolysis to oil process

A.Huayin used plastic recycling machines use auto-feeder to feed the waste plastic into reactor automatically, seal the feeding inlet door tightly, which could save labor and time.
b. Heat the reactor by burning the following fuel material: coal, wood, natural gas, or fuel oil in the combustion system. The reactor will be heated slowly, when the temperature reaches around **0 degree Celsius, the oil gas will be formed.
c. After processed by huayin waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant, the oil gas will go to the cooling system to be liquefied. The gas which can not be liquefied under normal pressure will be designed to go back to combustion system through safety device instead of the fuel material to burn the reactor, which is environmental friendly and can save you much energy.
d. After finishing oil collecting, the temperature of reactor will be down, while, carbon black can be discharged automatically at the same time.
e. when the temperature falls down to **0 degree Celsius, workers can open the door of reactor to discharge the steel wire.
f. Start another batch working.

Final out put and usage

　　FUEL OIL (*5% to *0%)
　　The main product generated by our waste tire pyrolysis plant is fuel oil which is widly used in industrial field so that has great commercial benefits. The oil has *5% to *0% yield of the amount of recycled scrap tyres, which can be used in power plant factory, glass factory, cement factory, ceramic factory, aluminum factory, boiler factory, central heating factory etc.

　　CARBON BLACK (*0% to *5%)
　　Carbon black produced by waste tire pyrolysis plant  is more economical compared to carbon black produced primarily from petroleum and is much more price-efficient to be used as raw materials in the industries listed.
　　Carbon black is used as raw material in many industries and the chemical structure of carbon black strengthens, lengthens the endurance and improves the coloring features of the materials.

　　STEEL WIRE (*0% to *5%)
　　Tyres contain steel wires and the amount range of *0% to *5% of the total tyre wastage. All of the steel present in the tyre can be detached after the P Valuable steel wires are pressed and sold to steel and scrap dealers.

　　GAS (5% to 8%)
　　Non-Condensable gases arise during the pyrolysis process
